Purchasing terms

Purchase Rules and Return Conditions:

Seller – Flora ir Menas, MB

The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the store, inflowers.lt), provided the buyer’s and recipient’s information, selected the payment method, familiarized themselves with the rules, and clicked the “Confirm Order” button. The agreement is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations under this contract. If the buyer does not agree with all or part of the Rules, they must not place an order.

1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-store, following these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Flowers and plants of suitable quality cannot be exchanged or returned. According to the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014, the requirement to exchange a quality product purchased in Flora ir Menas, MB branches or the e-store for similar goods or to return the paid money will not be satisfied. Exceptions may be made if the buyer contacts the Flora ir Menas, MB administration on the same day of purchase, presenting the purchase receipt or bank statement.
3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods and their delivery costs, as well as any other payments (if indicated) and accept the ordered goods.
4. The Buyer pays for the goods by using their online banking, which is linked from the e-store, or by making a payment from any other bank to the Seller’s account, as indicated on the website.
5. If the information provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer undertakes to update it immediately.
6. The Buyer must comply with other requirements set out in the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. The Seller has the right to indefinitely suspend/terminate the operation of the e-store without prior notice and is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer in connection with this.
8. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these rules by notifying this on the e-store. The changes take effect from the moment of updating for all transactions concluded after the announcement.
9. Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense.
10. Goods are delivered within 1-3 working days.
11. Once the goods are delivered to the recipient’s address, it is considered that the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually received by the Buyer or another person at the specified address.
12. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides incorrect or inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for it.
13. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken while using this e-store.
